1. Definitions

"thongsuka", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the thongsuka course provider, located at 123 Sukhumvit Soi 39, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.
"Participant", "you" — any individual who enrolls in or enquires about a thongsuka course.
"Course" — any of the three structured programmes offered by thongsuka: Understanding the Stock Exchange, Selecting and Evaluating Thai Equities, or Building a Long-Horizon Equity Portfolio.
"Content" — all course materials, recordings, handbooks, checklists, and resources provided by thongsuka.
"Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any enrollment confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form, making a payment, or attending a session, you enter into a binding agreement with thongsuka under these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you are enrolling on behalf of another person, you confirm that person has consented and meets eligibility requirements.

3. Service Description

thongsuka provides structured educational courses on equity market literacy with a focus on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Courses are delivered online via live sessions and recorded content, supplemented by written materials. Course content is educational in nature and does not constitute investment advice, financial guidance, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

4. Enrollment and Accounts

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation from thongsuka.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials issued to access course materials.
Course access is personal and non-transferable to third parties without prior written consent from thongsuka.
thongsuka reserves the right to cancel an enrollment if a participant engages in conduct that disrupts the learning environment for others.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Treat other participants and instructors with respect during all live sessions and group discussions.
Do not share course recordings, materials, or handbooks with individuals who are not enrolled participants.
Do not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any course content.
Provide accurate information when enrolling and notify thongsuka of any changes that affect your participation.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content — including materials, recordings, handbooks, checklists, and teaching frameworks — remains the intellectual property of thongsuka. Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for your own learning during and after the course. No content may be republished, resold, or used in any commercial context without written permission from thongsuka.

7. Payment Terms

Course fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all materials and sessions described in the course listing.
Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless a written installment arrangement has been agreed with thongsuka in advance.
Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of enrollment.
Fees are subject to change for future course intakes. Enrolled participants are not affected by price changes after their enrollment is confirmed.

8. Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Withdrawal before the second session

Participants who need to withdraw before the second session has taken place may transfer their enrollment to a future intake of the same course at no additional cost. Refunds are not offered once enrollment is confirmed, except at thongsuka's discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Withdrawal after the second session

No transfers or credits are available after the second session has taken place. If you are unable to continue a course, please contact us to discuss your situation — we will endeavour to find a reasonable accommodation where possible.

Course cancellation by thongsuka

In the unlikely event that thongsuka must cancel a course intake, enrolled participants will receive either a full refund or transfer to the next available intake, at their preference.

9. Disclaimers

thongsuka's courses provide general equity market education and do not constitute investment advice, financial planning guidance, or personal recommendations regarding securities.
All investment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the individual participant.
Past performance of any market or company discussed in our courses does not indicate future performance.
Course content is provided in good faith and is reviewed regularly, but thongsuka makes no representation that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, thongsuka's liability to any participant arising from or related to course enrollment or content is limited to the fee paid for the relevant course. thongsuka is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from investment decisions made after attending our courses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify thongsuka against any claims, losses, or costs arising from your misuse of course content, violation of these Terms, or conduct that causes harm to other participants or instructors.

12. Termination

thongsuka may terminate a participant's access to course content if these Terms are materially breached. Where termination is due to participant conduct, no refund or transfer will be offered. Either party may end the relationship upon reasonable notice if circumstances make continued participation unworkable.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage participants to contact us directly in the first instance so we can seek an informal resolution. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with your enrollment confirmation, constitute the complete agreement between you and thongsuka.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver: Failure by thongsuka to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without prior written consent from thongsuka.

15. Changes to These Terms

thongsuka may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, enrolled participants will be notified by email. Continued participation after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
